We're pleased to announce that Michael G. Lloyd, author of the upcoming book Bull of Heaven The Mythic Life of Eddie Buczynski and the Rise of the New York Pagan, will be giving a talk at Coph Nia followed by a book signing.

Michael's book tells the story of Eddie Buczynski, the founder of the Minoan Brotherhood, a branch of traditional witchcraft for gay and bi men. More than that though, Michael's book talks about the circle of friends centered around Eddie that sought to create acceptance for alternative religions and create a spiritual home for GLBT people. Michael's talk will cover some of these themes as well as why knowing our history is important for Pagans and for the GLBT community.
