2012 Registration
All attendees for Coph Nia must pre-register in advance. The cost to register for Coph Nia 2012 is as follows:
Feb. 3, 2012 to April 8, 2012 $65
April 9, 2012 to July 17, 2012 $85
If you must cancel a registration, all refund requests must be made in writing (You may use our contact form) no later than July 31, 2012. After that date, registrations are non-refundable.
Online Registration
The quickest and preferred method to register for Coph Nia is online. You'll need to create an account and login to register online. You will be able to pay using a credit card or bank account through our payment provider, WePay.
Mail-in Registration
You may also download, print and mail-in our registration form. You may include payment in the form of a check or money order made payable to Ordo Aeternus Vovin. Mail-in registrations must be postmarked by July 17, 2012 to be accepted.
